NEW MEMBER PROFILE: Guidepost Montessori West Loop

Guidepost is a national and international network of Montessori schools where joyful, self‑directed exploration leads to children who love to learn. There is so much support from their central team, and they ensure that every school that we open has the essence and maintains the high quality that Guidepost is all about. If for us its very important to have a nice environment, children should also have a pristine, engaging and nurturing environment. Read below to learn more about Guidepost Montessori West Loop.

How long have you been in the neighborhood?

We just arrived, we are a new school opening this Fall.

Why the West Loop?

We feel there is a lovely community feel in the West Loop, which we would love to be a part of. 

What are your top challenges?

Parking, although if you like to walk we have room for small strollers.

Why did you join the West Central?

To be a part of the community, as we would love to join in events throughout the year and know what is going on.

What makes Guidepost Montessori at West Loop unique?

Our strong team recently hired, and the lovely community feel that we have started within our school.

What gets you up in the morning?

Watching both of my daughters being so happy and smiley ready for a new day. As well as thought of seeing our children coming in through our doors into their classrooms also ready for a new day.

What’s your favorite part of the West Loop?

The food, the sense of community, the feel of it.

What does the future of Guidepost Montessori at West Loop look like?

Thriving children, a growing sense of community and lovely bonds formed.
