Myself, Mitali. I am the owner of The Threading House. I have worked in the West Loop for six years.

What are your top challenges in growing your business?

To bring more customers to the door. So many people don’t know I am here. I want everyone to know I am here and that I can provide beauty treatments.

I joined the WCA because I know it’s a good platform to let everyone know about my business.

What makes your business unique?

We try to make each and every person happy. We try to give them the best service.

Each day gets better and better.
