Message and data rates may apply. The frequency of messages may vary, and you may opt-out of receiving messages at any time by replying "STOP" to any message you receive or by contacting West Central Association directly.
West Central Association does not guarantee the delivery of messages and is not responsible for any delays or undeliverable messages.

The Services are provided "as is" and "as available." West Central Association makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, as to the operation of the Services or the information, content, materials, or products included on the Services.
To the full extent permissible by applicable law, West Central Association disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
