The next community meeting for a City-led proposal to implement key zoning actions identified in the 2014 Fulton Market Innovation District plan will take place 6 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday, Sept. 19, 2017, at the former Coyne College building, 330 N. Green St., Chicago.

The meeting’s purpose is to review the proposal to lift the Planned Manufacturing District zoning and allow additional uses in the area between Wayland, Hubbard, Halsted and Ogden. Also to be discussed will be the potential design, bulk and massing of future potential developments. The meeting will involve a short presentation by City staff with time for comments, questions and answers.
