Their goal is to make a positive difference in the work that they produce, and they’re excited to get to know their business community better. PRM founder Dallas Golden answered some questions about his video production company.
Who are you?
My name is Dallas Golden and I started Pond Ripple Media to create authentic video content for corporations and non-profits. Everyone has a story and I want to tell it.
How long have you been in the neighborhood?
Moved in the last week of March 2018.
Why West Loop?
There is so much growth happening in the West Loop and it’s really exciting to be a part of it. PRM joined as a partner with Salt Flats in one of Harpo’s old offices.
What are your top challenges in growing Pond Ripple Media?
Mostly, it’s meeting new businesses that want to create quality videos for their business. So many people think that anyone with a camera can tell a story but it really is an art to create meaningful video content.
Why did you join the West Central?
I really want to get to know the other businesses that are in the area.
What makes your business unique?
My background is in documentary storytelling and I bring that to the table with every client that I work with.
What gets you up in the morning?
I truly love what I do and don’t see it as work. This is what I’m on the planet to do.
What’s your favorite part of the West Loop?
I’m not sure if I have a favorite part, but I do have my favorite places like Honeygrow and Roti.
What does Pond Ripple Media's future look like?
My vision for PRM is to grow it to be a close knit team of really creative storytellers that can help other companies grow with meaningful video content. This has really been our first complete year of business and things just keep getting better and better.

I’ve only been in the area for under a year, so I’d really have to say fall has been the best.
