How have you adapted your business to the pandemic?
We have adapted by doing virtual tours (Facetime or video sharing), 3D unit walk through's.
What have you been found has been the most successful adaptation or transition?
Having pre-recorded video tours of different floor plans
What do you need from your community?
Spread the word about brand new building and never lived in units
What have been your greatest challenges?
Lower amount of tours and leases then anticipated due to COVID limitations, social distress in the city. Limitations on in person events, especially resident events, networking events which are a big part of building the community within and outside the building.
What are you most thankful for this year?
Thankful to be a part of West Loop community which is one of the most supportive of local businesses! Thankful for amazing team that runs Porte, that everyone stayed healthy and positive through this challenging time. Thankful to have a job!
