On Wednesday, February 24, 2021 the WCA welcomed one new director during its board meeting and annual meeting: Charles Graff of CrossTown Fitness. In addition to, 13 renewing directors.
The WCA is the west central area’s chamber of commerce. The west central area encompasses communities such as the West Loop, Fulton Market, Greektown, Little Italy/University Village, United Center, Fulton River District and River West.
With more than 100 years of focused economic and community development under its belt, the WCA is dedicated to encouraging a safe and healthy business environment. It is a delegate agency for the city’s Neighborhood Business Development Center program under the Business Affairs & Consumer Protection (BACP) department and is the sole service provider for the Greektown SSA #16.
Renewed directors include Clint Paton, Max Bechina, Richard Bridgford, Zack Cupkovic, Michael Ezgur, Calvin Gin, Steven Greenberg, Kira Novak, Paige O’Neil, Jacqui Russell, Susan Rothman, Meg Sahs and Greg Terwilliger.
The WCA’s leadership team is made up of President Armando Chacon, Treasurer Calvin Gin, Secretary Susan Rothman, as well as Vice Presidents Clint Paton, Timothy Swanson, Meg Sahs, Harry Huzenis, Fred Krol and Paige O’Neil.
All nominations of new and renewed directors passed unanimously.

Meet Our Newest Director
Charlie Graff, founder of CrossTown Fitness, is passionate about promoting health and fitness through both the gym, the cafe and by offering a variety of services and amenities to fit working out into his member's busy lives. Graff opened CrossTown Fitness in the heart of the West Loop in May of 2013 with the aim of offering a holistic health and wellness facility and integrated within the west loop community. Graff is a strong supporter of west loop business and has partnership and ties with many of them across the community and often promotes and supports them via CrossTown Fitness.
